When and who found the Binaural Beats
Binaural Beats are actual science that has been discovered for centuries.
These rhythmic sounds have strong spiritual benefits, and in almost every culture throughout the past, binaural beats had an important role in the spiritual development of humankind.
For instance, Hindu healers, the Tibetan monks, Native American shamans, and mastered Yogis have been able to induce consciousness, healing, and spiritual growth, simply with the use of these repetitive beats.
Officially, the technique of binaural beats was discovered by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove, in 1839.
Okay, fair enough… but what exactly are these beats?
Binaural beats are two different tones of frequencies, played at the same time, separately to each ear.
This vibration of sound creates an effect on the brain which allows it to enter various states.
Simply stated, your brain will try to match these frequencies that are slightly different, which is the reason why our brains are going into these states.
A simple example is:
The Theta Waves (4Hz – 8Hz) are associated with REM sleep, deep relaxation, trance, intuition, creativity, hypnagogic states, inner peace.
So, for instance, if you play 130Hz frequency in the right ear, and 136Hz in your left ear, your brain compensates for the difference and creates an internal frequency of 6 Hz.
That is how it enters into the Theta brainwave frequency.
Usually, it can be difficult to reach this state, however, it can be achieved more quickly through the regular use of binaural beats.
Furthermore, it is going to be much easier for you to induce the lucid dreaming state with binaural beats than if you just attempt it on your own.
By listening to the binaural audio, the only thing you need to do is: relax. It does not require anything else.

1. Give yourself time

What is Josoubi Meditation Stack
Special binaural beats, designed for people who want to learn how to lucid dream.
A unique feature about the beats from Josoubi is that they are engineered as broad-spectrum harmonic binaural beats.
So what exactly does this mean?
In a typical binaural beat track, you receive one base tone in one ear, and a slightly offset tone on the other ear.
The amount of this offset is the frequency of a third “tone” that your brain “hears” (like the example that we gave above).
So for a theta binaural beat track, this offset could be 5Hz.
You turn it on, listen to the 5Hz beat, and away you go.
However, aside from the fact that one tone can be a bit unpleasant to listen to you are only targeting one frequency in the entire theta spectrum – which is 4Hz – 8Hz.
Another thing is that the meditation stack contains 4 separate tones to target frequencies across the entire spectrum.
So instead of your brain being exposed to just one part of a given spectrum, it is exposed to segments across the entire frequency-state range (Gamma, Alpha, Theta, Delta).
It’s can be loosely compared to seeing different hues of the same general color (royal blue, sky blue, navy blue, and baby blue).

Furthermore, the layering of the tones allows for the creation of harmonic chords.
So each base tone is a note in a greater harmonic chord which makes the tones much more pleasant to listen to!
The chords that were created for each frequency spectrum were tuned to the A=432Hz tuning standard.
Though debated, many believe that this tuning standard possesses healing and biological resonance properties that the traditional A=440Hz tuning standard does not possess.
The second “why” should you consider of getting the stack:
There are lots of duration options to choose from, as well as specific goals assigned to each track (de-stress, brain boost, sleep aid, dreams, re-center).
These goals are accomplished by the duration and pattern of each frequency-state.
For instance, the 30-min relaxed-focus starts at Alpha, moves to Theta, then Delta, then progresses back through Theta to Alpha.

The truth is that there are free videos on the internet but these sorts of progressions and cycles cannot be found on YouTube videos and other free sources.
Not to mention you need to navigate the often distracting and over-stimulation interface of whatever free source you’re using, from which it is hard for you to experience the full practice in its best way.
