8. Sleep Deprivation

Spinning around while you are lucid seems to make your dream more stable, as well as it reduce the chances of you waking up immediately.
Simply stand at one spot and spin around.
Spin at the speed you would in real life (neither too slow or too fast) and while doing it, tell yourself that you are going to stay in the dream!
It works by forcing your focus on something physical. Many other dream stabilization techniques work in this way.
11. HAVING NEGATIVE ATTITUDE
